How can I join your investments?

We invest both from our fund and through our syndicate. Any accredited investor can invest alongside us. Either on a deal-by-deal basis through our syndicate or through our fund. We have low minimums and offer full flexibilty and low costs. We offer attractive incentives for bigger checks in both our syndicates and fund.

Pre-seed to Pre-IPO. We do focus on companies that are in-rev and most of our investments are in Seed, Series A and Series B

What's a syndicate vs fund?

A syndicate is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) created for the purpose of making one investment into a startup. Just like VC funds, Syndicates are lead by syndicate leads (sometimes referred to as General partners) and they are backed by many limited partners (LPs). The total number of LPs in any given syndicate can number from a handful to the many thousands.
